Special Events

Throughout the year, PAWS hosts and participates in several events that raise money for PAWS, covering the cost of vet care and pet food for our clients.  They require a good number of volunteers and offer a variety of fun volunteer opportunities.

  Holiday Gift Delivery for pets

PAWS volunteers assemble and deliver holiday gift bags filled with donated pet toys and treats to PAWS clients for their companion animals.  Come help our clients celebrate the holiday season with their beloved pets.  The Holiday Gift Delivery for Pets usually takes place on the second Sunday in December.
This year's Holiday Gift Delivery was held on Sunday, December 8, 2013. Check out some photos of that wonderful day.

This year's gala event, held on May 16th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, was a big success in large part because of our amazing volunteers, who supported the many moving parts of the event and made sure our guests were well taken care of. Relive 'date night out with your pup' at with these wonderful photos from Nuena Photography!

San Francisco Pride celebration

PAWS was a beneficiary of SF Pride Celebration 2014 and we rocked it this year! To our FABULOUSSS Pride Volunteers, thank you all so much for your hard work, spirit and endless energy.  You should all feel very good about the impact your participation in Pride will have on the lives of our clients and their pets.  We hope you all had FUN!
