PAWS is committed to assisting individuals and organizations start up PAWS agencies in their area.  To support these endeavors, PAWS has created a start-up package to walk you through the process.  Included in this packet is information about creating a mission statement and identity, instructions on how to define policies and procedures, and guidance on networking.  The PAWS Start-Up Kit will be provided free of charge.  We are here to help!
