Client Programs Overview

PAWS provides varying services to two main client bases.  Our primary service program is called Companion Animal Support Services -- or CASS.  This program provides comprehensive pet-related services and support to over 800 clients who are maintaining the guardianship and love of more than 1,000 companion animals.  Qualifying prospective CASS clients are put on a waiting list until we have space available to continue with their intake procedure. 

Our Client Advocacy program serves qualifying clients specifically in regards to issues that arise due to their service animals.  Many people benefit from our advocacy services including some of our CASS clients.  There is generally little to no wait for these services.
